Login and sign-up on arena.ai and canaryarena.ai have recovered, and this incident is resolved. Service was restored at approximately 10:17am PDT on October 13, correcting the recovery time in our previous update.
Monitoring
On October 13, users were unable to log in or sign up on arena.ai and canaryarena.ai beginning at approximately 16:46 UTC. We mitigated the issue and restored service at approximately 17:14 UTC, after about 28 minutes of disruption. We are monitoring recovery.
